Tracy Tomovik and Diane Rigsby

Before joining the Real Estate profession, Diane owned her own hair salon for over 20 years. Through her professional and personal experience, she has gained an understanding and sensitivity towards her client’s needs, vision, and home goals. She strives to create open communication, foster relationships, and attain success in each stage of the home buying and selling journey. 

Diane grew up on Long Island NY and moved to Virginia after meeting her husband. The military brought them to the Hampton Roads area, but a simple assignment quickly became home as their love for the area grew. 

As both a prior military wife and mother, Diane understands the needs of the military community. She partners with organizations that give back to our local heroes, is dedicated to serving in her community, and is involved in leading ministries at her local church. 

Diane enjoys laughing and making memories with family and friends, and loves to escape the cold weather for a warm, sunny beach! 

Tracy and her family relocated to Southeast Virginia from the Midwest when she was 16 years of age. She attended Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach and continued her education at Old Dominion University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. 

Tracy met her husband of 25 years in the Hampton Roads area where they have established roots and thoroughly enjoyed raising their two sons in this thriving coastal region. 

Prior to her career in real estate, Tracy’s work experience included the management of a psychology practice, as well as working in the telecommunications field.  These opportunities greatly enhanced her ability to connect with others.  She is compassionate while attentive and intentional to the needs of her clients.

Tracy’s passion for others is readily recognized through her service in her local church and the CJ3 Foundation.  She has expended countless hours helping veterans and first responders obtain mental health services and service dogs. 

When Tracy is not helping others, she loves spending time with her family, a good game of volleyball, experiencing local restaurants, and relaxing at the beach.
